Marelli Ventilazione S.r.l. select a Production manager – carpentry sector


Responding to the Management, the resource will have the following responsibilities:


  • Define production programs in order to optimize the production capacity of the individual departments
  • Monitor the progress of production
  • Ensure the correct flow of materials into production
  • Prepare and update the technical production documentation
  • Coordinate a department consisting of approx 20 resources
  • Coordination of the Heads of Departments and the resources that deal with production planning
  • Supervise the production departments ensuring effective and efficient management of direct and indirect resources also in compliance with contractual regulations, of safety at work, of the quality plan
  • Analyze and transmit to the Property all the data deemed necessary to evaluate the efficiency of production and, where necessary, submit proposals for improvement
  • Sharing and synergy with the Technical and Sales Department, to ensure compliance with production times and delivery of materials
  • Supervise the Quality area both in terms of production control, to ensure the maintenance of ISO certification 9001


  • Technical degree
  • Good knowledge of the production environment, of mechanical processing (welding, carpentry, assembly)
  • Excellent knowledge of technical drawing
  • Knowledge of the principles and logic of Lean Production
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning criteria
  • The profile is completed by a strong ability to organize according to priority, stress tolerance, flexibility and strong aptitude for problem solving
  • Experience in the optimization of production processes as well as the introduction of new technological solutions useful for the efficiency of the organization
